  • Congress Language

The congress language is English.

For technologists, the core programme will be in English but the free communications session on Saturday afternoon will take place both in French and in Dutch.

  • Accreditation

Accreditation from the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) has been granted (11 CME credits, reference EACCME-02433-G). Belgian RIZIV/INAMI accreditation has been applied for, including a Sunday morning “economy and ethics” session.

  • Parking

Street parking in Bruges is difficult and the use of public car parks is highly recommended. We would recommend to use the car park at the railway station (7,5 EUR for a three-day ticket or 2,5 EUR for Saturday only). From the railway station it takes a 10 min. walk to the conference centre. Alternatively (in possession of a parking ticket) a free bus service is available at the railway station to and from the city centre (with a stop at ‘t Zand, near the congress centre). Please note that car park ‘t Zand (close to the conference centre) is more expensive (10 EUR for Saturday only).

Please remember that most hotels and most of the city’s tourist and historical attractions are within walking distance from the conference centre, so we would recommend you to park your car during your entire stay.
Parking space at the conference centre is limited and will be reserved for speakers, chairs and organizing committee.
