Within the cooperation with the National Societies, the EANM Executive Committee has initiated the EANM Young Investigators Meeting (YIM), which will be held for the first time on April 23-24,2009 at the EANM Educational Facility in Vienna.

The topic chosen for this first meeting is "Nuclear Medicine Imaging for Therapy Management in Oncology".

For this meeting, EANM would like to invite each National Society to nominate the most qualified junior researcher of the national Nuclear Medicine community who meets the following eligibility criteria:

- The candidate is in the stage of ongoing research or of writing the project proposal pertaining to the topic "Nuclear Medicine Imaging for Therapy Management in Oncology". - The candidate is EANM Member.

- The candidate is born after January 1, 1971
